My wife & I have been using Fireside for many years and they never cease to surprise us with their customer service. The staff really care about their customers and always go the extra step without having to be asked. After looking at our Rx Insurance Plan, the clerk suggested that if we could wait several days for the beginning of the month, the insurance billing cycle would reset and we would save a bit on the price. It wasn't an emergency, and yes we could wait. Thank you for saving us money!

A business and people who care!
I recently had a problem with a prescription not being effective. I contacted the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist "Yemi," who offered to check the accuracy of the prescription and offered to get back to me as soon as possible. (I was in China). I said I would call back the next day, which I did and as promised Yemi found the prescription to be prepared correctly, but offered to provide it to me using a different base which might be absorbed more effectively in my case.

I returned the unused portion and they sent me out another prescription using the different base and never charged me a dime. (I had used almost a month's worth of the original prescription.

They did all this while treating me with the utmost care and professionalism.

If you want to be treated like a "Customer," go to Fireside Compounding Pharmacy!
